Our Story
In the beginning of 2015 I moved to Brussels. It was a dream come true to live in Europe. The many enriching experiences since my arrival have been a blessing, for which I’m deeply grateful. While I have come to love my new life and the country I now call home, there has always been a part of me that longs for Mexico– my culture, my people, and the vibrant spirit that fills the air. It was during this time that a new dream began to take shape, a vision of bridging these two worlds and creating meaningful connections. My passion for the stunning textiles created by Mexican indigenous artisans inspired me to find a way to support them and share Mexico's rich handcraft culture.
After contemplating the idea for some time, November 2019 marked a significant turning point when my Dutch partner, Diederik, and I embarked on an exploratory journey. We visited many cooperatives, artisans and little family owned businesses in Oaxaca, Chiapas, and Hidalgo. The overwhelming impressions and experiences combined with the amazing, lovely people we met made me a believer to pursue my dream. And voila! Here we stand today on the precipice of making that dream a reality.

Was founded as a way of connecting Mexico with Europe. The vision behind is to empower indigenous communities to share their artisan handcrafts with Europe by ethically sourcing them.
